Well-Wishes to SanSinger

I have heard the news that SanSinger from The SunS broke his elbow while performing. I wish him speedy recovery. I found an article below at MTVAsia.com about how SanSinger got his injury.

Singapore - When you play in a rock band, rock 'n' roll injuries are inevitable. While playing a show at Ngee Ann Secondary School on February 28 as part of the Riot In Da Skool Tour with local band Ronin, San Singer from Melbourne-based band The Suns did the "rock star thing" and broke his elbow.

"Let's put it this way, San's not an athletic. He was doing the rock star thing like Beyond (a now-defunct Hong Kong rock band). It was quite spectacular. He got on top of a big stack of amps, jumped off it, slipped and fell," drummer Wayne Thunder told MTVAsia.com on Thursday (March 2). "In his heroic efforts to protect his guitar from breaking, he broke his own elbow."

According to bassist JBoss, the fervent crowd was oblivious to San's injury that happened at the very last song of the set. But as the old saying goes, the show must go on. San simply put on a smile, strummed the last chord with his broken arm before heading for the hospital.

"We might not play for the next six months. It doesn't look good. Doctors say it's going to be about three months before he can actually do something with his arm," JBoss elaborated on San's condition. "He lost a joint so the doctors put a metal ball bearing into his elbow."

The rock trio has originally been slated to co-headline the four remaining dates of the Riot In Da Skool Tour. Although whether the band is going to continue to play on for the rest of the tour remains unclear, the trio's appearance at the Mosaic Festival on March 19 at Esplanade with Malaysia's Gerhana Skacinta will go on as planned with the possibility of two local guitar players sessioning for the gig.

On top of the Singaporean dates, The Suns was also due for a full Australian tour in April in support of their EP 2-20. Due to the injury, the band would be postponing the tour and work on their full-length album instead.

"Prior to San breaking his elbow, we already have half a Australian national tour already booked and confirmed in April. But looks like we can't do that. San can't play guitar now. He can barely move his fingers," revealed Wayne.

He continued, "Aside from that, we are pretty much done with the EP. It's just a prelude to a much better and much bigger full album hopefully to be released by first quarter of 2007. We would probably to fast-track the whole plan to concentrate on the new album now."

San Singer is expected to be out of the hospital in no less than six days from the day of injury. The band welcome all well-wishes for San's recovery at www.thesunsrock.com.

SNIXTYX Made up by 3 young punks naming Lawrs ( Bass & Vox ) , Jeff ( Guitar ) & Simon ( Drums ). They are young and full of incredible ideas, makes me feel old speaking to them.. hahaha.. but I enjoy speaking to them! ( I am not a pedo )

SNIXTYX does covers and originals, I like the way they do covers, its in their own style kinda covers. And for their originals, I like the song Aye Lourve Yew...

Each and every of the band members are so interesting.. they can talk about anything under the sun in a weird point of view! Makes you wanna speak to them more.. heheh.. feel like kidnapping them and keep them at home for amusement ( Again I am not a pedo, dont think the wrong way )

I am proud to own one of their free demos, which they recorded themselves, remixed it themselves & burn the CDs themselves, yes, its another rare CD!! Less than 30 people in SG got it !! HhHAAHAHaa... Thank you SNIXTYX!!! I am waiting for your band releases so that I can sell your music to the rest of Singapore tot he best I could!

Talking about my favorite female artiste, Saer Ze has always been on my top list. She is an independent Malaysian solo elektro-pop artiste.

I am a fan of Saer Ze I love her voice, her style, her songs. She did everything herself, writing, arranging, composing, producing, distributing, everything was indie, she even has her own label, sassysupasta records

Thanks to the internet I get to contact her and get her "Shameless" album to sell here. I am the first in SG to have her CD, some more signed by her!! MUAHhahahAH!

I really admire her for her courage and passion for Music, she goes all the way out and I hope she makes it BIG someday. For now, she will have my support , because she is already the Princess Of Pop in my Cookiss' fave artiste list!

MAD Magazine has always been my favourite comic. This comic shows the ugliest side of humans, talks about personal hygiene, people picking their noses, body fluids, decomposed food, ill-mannered people & stupid people.

Its damn disgusting, gross, not recommended but I read this book like 10 times over!! WhahahahhHAHaa.. After all.. who are you to define what is Madness & what is not? Heh!

I Missed PULSE Performance Today

Manz, I missed PULSE performance at BarNone!! I hate myself!!!

All beacuse I am possessed by the Sunday Night Fever , possessed me in the middle of the night, and I will start moving in dances of shivers! Gourd damn it! I hate to be sick! I wanna recover NOW! Go away you stupiak Night Fever!

I have taken enough medication to kill the Night Fever & perhaps myself also... if it still doesnt help.. I would probably try insecticide later.. will keep you guyz updated.

This song written by Jay Chou within 2 days for this idol's idol, Jet Li's last movie Fearless which is really some happening shit!! The song is titled 《霍元甲》Huo Yuan Jia, which is also the theme song & name for Jet Li's movie, Fearless in chinese.

Jay Chou has always hope to be or be able to work with Jet Li someday, and his dream is finally being fulfilled, he gets to write the theme song for Jet Li's last Wushu movie. He wrote the song for his idol for free.

I must thank Jason & Brandon for introducing Henry Rollins books to me, I can only say its damn freakking powerful book which brings you through a journey from Planet Mars To Venus To Hell To Reality & then back to yourself.
